Here is another fun color to think about incorporating into your home Chartreuse green! When you think about this color Im sure your mind goes to movies like Shrek or The Muppet Movie. This interesting color is half green, half yellow and has become really hot in 2012 for interior design and fashion.
Here are a few interiors that have used this hot new color well.
Not sure how long this Chartreuse hue will last but, it may be popular for a while longer. It certainly looks great on the painted hardwood floors and in the kitchen above. I might actually consider using this color in my home, maybe not for my whole kitchen or hardwood floors though. Using it for an accent wall or to paint an old piece of furniture is more along the lines of what I was thinking.
